Cambridge Network event 11.02.20

Cambridge Network Breakfast event

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending a Cambridge Network event, the topic

'Can your business drive social change?'

Great turnout of individuals and companies looking to make a difference in their community

It was well attended by both local (Cambridgeshire) businesses and charities, and individuals like myself, all with the common goal of understanding how we could make a difference in the lives of others.

This event obviously aligns very closely with what I'm trying to do with my #roadtrip4charity project and it was truly inspiring to be in a room filled with likeminded people.

Cambridge Community Foundation

Michael O'Toole, Chief Executive of Cambridge Community Foundation gave a great talk about the foundation's work and aims in Cambridgeshire and how businesses could help the foundation to help charity and community work in the region.

Project reminder

Just a reminder, if you are a small charity in the East Anglian area, and could benefit from free photography services and images, please get in contact to discuss your requirements and whether it's a good fit for the project.

Please do be aware, however, that whilst I'm happy to travel to you, I will need my travel expenses covered at the standard 0.45p per mile rate. I genuinely hope charities will understand that whilst I'm absolutely eager to help with free photography, I cannot also be out of pocket to provide the service.

Please sign up to my mailing list for updates, travel plans and more!
